What makes this space unique? Very simple, it is the light and the view to all sides. Even at night you can see the moon from the living room (and from the shower :)). The apartment has been completely renovated in the end of 2014 and all rooms are newly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. dishwasher and washing machine); the bedrooms have roof-fans. All windows are double-glassed, which keeps heat and noise outside. At the moment, there are no construction sites around the house or in the neighborhood. From the balcony you can see the most wonderful sunsets and enjoy a glass of Fernet Coca or Argentine red wine after a hot summer day in the city.
Guests have access to all facilities and amenities in the apartment.
If I am out of town, family and friends take care of the apartment and arrange for handing over the place to my guests. I am available via email and phone and happy to respond to any questions you might have. I speak Spanish, English, French and a bit of German. If you are interested in tango (classes, milongas, shoes, clothes etc.), I will be happy to share tips and contacts with you. And: I could tell you where to get the best "medialunas" (croissants) in town...
It is a share apartment. I have two rooms for rent for one person each. And my personal room to, but, I am traveling all the time.
It can be that you are alone or if the other room is also rent, you will share the commons areas and the bathroom.
